Expo Dubaï 2020
Present at this international meeting of trade and technological innovation, Senegal participates from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, at the Dubai World Expo. It will be a question for all the structures present, Ministries, Governmental Agencies and National Directions, to share the vision of President Macky SALL for 2035, through the realization of the great projects and programs which work for the structural transformation of Senegal within the framework of a solidary society and a State of law.
The Minister Diène Farba SARR, General Delegate for the Promotion of the Urban Poles of Diamniadio and Pink Lake at the head of a strong delegation, arrived in Dubai this morning of October 12, 2021 to promote the projects of the new cities of Diamniadio and Pink Lake and attract private investors.
The groups ENVOL Immobilier, SENEGINDIA, TEYLIOM and ECOTRA, key partners of the DGPU in the realization of the poles, appear alongside the DGPU to present their projects and their ambitions for Diamniadio.
The Senegal Day, which marks the inauguration of the Senegal Pavilion, will undoubtedly be the highlight of this week. Business Forum will be organized for the occasion on October 13 and 14, 2021, to present the investment opportunities.
Our thanks to the General Commissariat of the Dubai Expo for having put at the disposal of the DGPU and its partners, the Senegal Pavilion during the week of October 31 to November 6, 2021 in order to ensure in the direction of a large public of investors, the promotion of the projects of Diamniadio and the Pink Lake.
The week of urban development will thus be an opportunity for the DGPU to discuss themes on "cities and informal settlements", "the provision of urban services (water - energy - waste - etc.)", "urban planning and infrastructure", "transport", "integrated rural development"; so many issues that are at the heart of the challenges of Diamniadio and Pink Lake.
